General information

Description of the project

Defensive structures are the main means of collective protection of the population. Due to the Russian-Ukrainian war, the importance of defensive structures has increased significantly - they have become part of the security infrastructure of the civilian population. 

The project has an important social and protective value: it increases the safety of citizens, brings the structure into line with modern standards, updates technical systems and makes the shelter suitable for use during emergencies. The implementation of repairs - it is about protecting the lives, health and well-being of residents and an important element of the civil security infrastructure.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Main goal: Ensuring reliable, safe and regulatory compliance with the functioning of the protective structure of civil defense No. 1 by carrying out major repairs for guaranteed shelter of the community population during emergencies and military threats. To achieve this goal, it is planned to implement a complex of technical, organizational and engineering measures: construction and structural works, modernization of engineering systems, ensuring sanitary and living conditions, increasing accessibility and safety, organizational measures.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Problem: traces of dampness on the surface, warping of individual sections of the walls, massive leakage and peeling of the coating from the base, missing parts of the coating, weathering of cement mortar from the joints. As a result of the implementation of a complex of repair works, the following will be achieved: Restoration of structural integrity, elimination of moisture and leaks, restoration of coatings, increased operational safety.
