General information

Description of the project

The building of the institution is two-story, brick, built in 1989. It is designed for 119 places.  The facade and external walls are in poor condition, require comprehensive major repairs with the introduction of modern energy-saving technologies, insulation with modern thermal insulation materials. This will help to significantly reduce heat consumption in winter and overheating of premises in summer. These measures  will contribute not only to the creation of comfortable and safe conditions for the educational process, but also to a significant reduction in energy costs, which will contribute to the effective use of budget funds for heating.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The institution's building was built according to Soviet standards, which did not include energy-saving measures, therefore it has high coolant consumption and, due to long-term operation, requires renovation work.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

As part of the comprehensive energy saving measures envisaged by this project, it is planned to carry out a major renovation to insulate the facade of the building using energy-saving measures. This will help stop the destruction of the building, save energy spent on heating, soundproofing, and protect against moisture penetration. Thus, the project is aimed at achieving energy efficiency of the institution, energy saving, and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.
