Description of the project
The project involves the organization of a modern hospital blood bank to provide children with timely and safe blood components.
The purpose of the project

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Currently, the hospital does not have its own blood bank, which limits the ability to provide rapid and safe blood transfusions for children, especially in the intensive care and surgical departments. The implementation of the project to create a hospital blood bank will allow:
-to ensure the availability of blood components without dependence on external suppliers;
-to increase the safety and efficiency of transfusions;
-to reduce response time in emergencies.
