The goal of the project is to provide affordable, high-quality medical services provided by primary health care facilities to community residents, including IDPs, aimed at improving the well-being of the population, reducing morbidity and mortality.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
The project involves the construction of a new general practice family medicine outpatient clinic in order to improve the conditions for the provision of medical services and increase their accessibility for the population. The planned facility will meet modern healthcare standards, providing comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff. Main characteristics of the project: Building: A one-story building designed with energy efficiency and accessibility for people with disabilities in mind. Outpatient clinic premises: Family doctor reception offices. Procedure room. Vaccination room. Medicine storage rooms. Patient waiting area. Administrative and auxiliary premises. Infrastructure: Provision of access roads, parking spaces for cars, in particular for ambulances. Engineering communications: Connection to the electricity grid, water supply, sewage and heating using energy-efficient technologies. Expected result: After completion of construction, the outpatient clinic will become a key medical institution in the village of Khmilnyk. It will provide primary health care to over 1,100 community residents, reduce the time it takes to provide medical services, and improve the overall level of healthcare in the region.
