General information

Description of the project

The new construction of the local automated centralized alert system of the Volodymyr urban territorial community involves the implementation of technical solutions to increase the level of civil protection, ensure the prompt response of government agencies, and increase public trust in the actions of the authorities in crisis situations.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Increasing compliance with modern standards

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Current problems: 1. lack of a modern centralized alert system - the community population does not have guaranteed quick access to emergency information. 2. outdated technical means - available loudspeakers and other devices do not meet modern requirements, have low reliability and coverage. 3. high risks to the life and health of the population in case of emergencies (accidents, fires, man-made disasters, military threats). 4. low level of integration with the state alert system - the community cannot fully interact with national civil protection channels. Expected results after project implementation: 1. creation of a modern automated alert system that will cover up to 100% of the community's territory. 2 reduction in the time for bringing signals to the population - no more than 3 minutes after activation. 3. integration of the community into a single state alert system and interaction with central government bodies. 4. increasing the level of security for over 42 thousand community residents through timely information. 5. optimizing the actions of civil protection services and reducing social and economic losses in case of emergencies.

Demand for the service and its dynamics

What methodology was used to estimate demand?
