Description of the project

The project "Reconstruction with the completion of a municipal property building - built-in premises of pharmacy No. 14 (Nezalezhnosti St., 46-A, approx. 4, Tyachiv) to accommodate a center for the treatment, recovery and rehabilitation of persons affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (adjustment)" provides for the renovation and redevelopment of existing premises with the simultaneous completion of a new block to create a full-fledged rehabilitation space with the necessary engineering networks and barrier-free access. As a result of the adjustment, it is planned to increase the total/useful area from 217.60 m² to 311.65 m², the building area - from 217.60 m² to 395.94 m² (including under the new extension 95.29 m²), construction volume — from 652.80 m³ to 934.95 m³; class of consequences of the object — CC1, degree of fire resistance — II. Estimated duration of construction — 10.5 months, it is expected to create 9 jobs. The estimated cost of construction is 18,600.137 thousand UAH (construction work — 11,503.215 thousand UAH; equipment — 3,548.762 thousand UAH; other expenses — 3,548.160 thousand UAH).

To create a modern center for the treatment, recovery and rehabilitation of persons affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the city of Tyachiv, by means of reconstruction and completion of a municipally owned building. The center should provide accessible, safe and comprehensive services for physical, psychosocial and functional rehabilitation, reduce the need for community residents to travel to other cities and improve the quality of recovery after injuries and illnesses. Methods of achieving the goal Updating the functional purpose of the premises: redevelopment for the needs of a rehabilitation facility with clear zoning (reception/examination, individual and group rehabilitation, auxiliary and administrative premises, sanitary facilities, waiting areas). Reconstruction and completion: carrying out construction work to expand the area, improve the technical condition of the building, increase the strength and durability of structures. Barrier-free and accessibility: arrangement of convenient entrances/approaches, safe internal routes, accessible bathrooms and navigation for people with reduced mobility. Modernization of engineering systems: renewal/installation of electricity supply, water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation (if necessary, air conditioning), lighting, communications and fire safety networks.
