General information

Description of the project

The project provides for a major overhaul of the basement of the lyceum with their adaptation to a civil defense structure - the simplest shelter. The civil defense structure - the simplest shelter is designed to create appropriate conditions for the stay of persons subject to shelter for a certain period of time (up to 48 hours) and to ensure their protection by eliminating or reducing the predicted effects of dangerous factors that may arise as a component of dangerous phenomena of an emergency situation, military (combat) operations and terrorist acts.  Dimensions in plan: 35.82 x 11.96 m. The shelter is designed for 346 places. The number of lying places - 29, sitting places - 317. The height of the premises - 2.49 m. We accept a two-tier arrangement of beds. Access of the MGN to the shelter is provided by means of a vertical lift for disabled people, pos.43. The shelter includes the following main and auxiliary rooms: - main rooms: main rooms for shelter with a food heating area (electric kettles, thermoses), medical post. - auxiliary rooms: sanitary and hygienic rooms - boys' and girls' bathrooms, MGN; electrical panel, vestibule-gate, heating point. The shelter is equipped with: food storage containers; garbage cans (empty bottles, food wrappers). Disposable plastic bags are inserted into the cans, which, after being filled with garbage, are thrown into garbage containers located in a specially designated area; backup artificial lighting (electric lanterns, candles, kerosene lamps, etc.); primary fire extinguishing means; means of providing medical aid (first aid kit); means of communication and notification (Internet network, installation of Wi-Fi devices, telephone is recommended); trenching tools (bayonet shovels and shovels, crowbars, axes, hacksaws for wood, metal, etc.).
