General information

Description of the project

Novoukrainska City Hospital was built in 1973. The last reconstruction was carried out in 2019, partially. In 2021, as part of the "Large Construction" Program, renovations were started in the polyclinic, but only part of the work was completed. However, other hospital premises also require repair and reconstruction. The current state of the polyclinic completely prevents its use for its intended purpose, creates additional inconvenience for patients and staff, and negatively affects the quality of services provided.

During the implementation of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the reception and polyclinic departments, equip them, replace roofs and communications, insulate the premises, and improve the territory.

Construction work on the implementation of this project began in October 2024 within the framework of the Program for the Recovery of Ukraine with the assistance of the European Investment Bank.

The implementation of this project is extremely important, as healthcare issues are a priority for the Novoukrainka City Council.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Ensuring inclusiveness and equal opportunities, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project aims to modernize the hospital's infrastructure to provide high-quality and affordable medical services. This will be achieved through the reconstruction of buildings, the renewal of engineering networks, the introduction of energy-efficient solutions and the improvement of the territory. Currently, the hospital has outdated buildings and worn-out communications that do not meet modern requirements. After the project is implemented, the facility will become modern, energy-efficient and convenient for patients and staff

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The key problems of the hospital are outdated buildings, worn-out communications, low energy efficiency and an unorganized territory. If they are not resolved, the accident rate, budget expenses and the conditions for providing medical care will increase. The implementation of the project will provide modern and safe premises, reliable engineering networks, reduced operating costs and comfortable, accessible space for patients and staff.

Project Sustainable Development Goals

Demand for the service and its dynamics

What methodology was used to estimate demand?

[Response was provided in the Preliminary Investment Feasibility Study]

What procurement strategy was chosen for the project implementation, and what justifies its feasibility in the context of the market and project objectives?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

What approaches are planned to be used to ensure transparency, competition, and efficiency in the procurement process?

[Response was provided in the Investment Feasibility Study]

Potential market participants
