The goal of the project is to preserve and restore the operational suitability of the architectural monument "Administration Building", prevent its further destruction and ensure safe use. Achieving the goal involves conducting scientific design and restoration work, restoring the facade decor, repairing the roof and drainage systems. Currently, the building has damage to the decoration, plaster and roof, which creates a risk of losing historical elements and deteriorating technical condition.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The key problems are the emergency condition of the facade and roof, the destruction of decorative elements, which cause further damage to the structures. The urgency is due to the increased risk of losing authentic elements of the monument and the danger to the building's users. If not resolved, accelerated destruction of the object and increased restoration costs are possible. The implementation of the project will ensure the preservation of cultural heritage, improvement of the technical condition and safe operation of the building.
