The project involves the construction of a new group practice outpatient clinic for 1-2 doctors with housing in the village of Yosypivka, Odessa district, which is being implemented by order of the Mayakivska Village Council as a facility of the CC1 impact class. The main goal is to create a one-story capital building with a total area of 311.6 m2, which will combine medical functions and living quarters for staff, ensuring the provision of medical services in rural areas during the estimated operational period of 100 years. The key technical problem solved by this project adjustment is the adaptation of the building to complex engineering and geological conditions and risks of flooding, for which it is planned to raise the level of the clean floor by 45 cm above ground level. It is planned to implement a structural scheme based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with walls made of aerated concrete blocks, an insulated facade and a roof made of metal tiles, as well as to equip the necessary engineering networks, in particular a septic tank and water wells. The expected result is the commissioning of a fully finished facility with completed landscaping, including asphalt driveways, pedestrian paths with tactile tiles for low-mobility groups, fencing of the site and landscaping.
