Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal is to create a modern educational hub for the community of the central microdistrict of the city of Mykolaiv, which will become a center for innovative learning, social interaction, and development of children and youth.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 51, located in the central microdistrict of the city of Mykolaiv, suffered significant damage as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. As a result of the shelling, the roof, window and door blocks, internal partitions, engineering communications were partially destroyed, and some structural elements of the building lost their load-bearing capacity. Currently, the educational institution cannot perform its functions due to the emergency condition of the premises, the lack of safe conditions for students and teaching staff, as well as the building's non-compliance with current construction, fire and sanitary standards. Thus, failure to restore Lyceum No. 51 in a short time creates a threat of further deterioration of the building, loss of the educational potential of the district and violation of children's right to access to high-quality and safe education.

Demand for the service and its dynamics

What methodology was used to estimate demand?
