Description of the project

The project involves the adjustment and further implementation of the reconstruction of the obstetrics and gynecology building of the district hospital No. 1 in Tyachiv (48 Neresenska (Zhovtneva) Street) in order to bring the building and engineering systems up to modern medical, sanitary and safety requirements. The project plans to update the structural elements and internal premises of the building, modernize the main engineering networks (heating, ventilation, water supply and drainage, electricity supply), increase energy efficiency (insulation/replacement of windows and doors if necessary), improve accessibility for low-mobility groups, as well as update the conditions for patients and staff. The result will be an improvement in the quality and safety of obstetrics and gynecology care, reduce operating costs and increase the sustainability of the community's medical infrastructure.

To ensure safe, modern and energy-efficient conditions for the provision of obstetric and gynecological care in the district hospital No. 1 of Tyachiv by reconstructing (with adjustment of the design documentation) the obstetric and gynecological building, bringing the building and engineering systems into compliance with current construction, sanitary, fire safety standards and accessibility requirements. Additional goals: improving the quality and continuity of medical services for pregnant women, women in labor and gynecological patients; reducing the risks of infectious complications and emergencies (worn out networks, ventilation, electricity); reducing energy consumption and operating costs; creating comfortable conditions for patients and staff.
