General information

Description of the project

Care and attention are very important for elderly people with disabilities. Many of them, as a rule, cannot take care of themselves on their own, as they have a number of certain diseases and ailments. Unfortunately, not all loved ones can provide sufficient care for such people due to their busy schedule and lack of time. Grandparents, people with or without disabilities need round-the-clock assistance, which can be provided by the qualified staff of the "House of Care" boarding house. The team will be staffed by caring specialists with medical education and sufficient practical skills in this field. Solving the difficult task of how to help the elderly and disabled in life situations that have arisen. The goal of the project is to create a "House of Care" boarding house in the community for permanent residence of respected elderly people. The expected result is the creation of decent conditions for the elderly, where they can feel at home and  be surrounded by care.  In the Khmilnytsia community  there is no institution of this profile.

The goal of creating a boarding house for the elderly is to ensure a dignified and high-quality old age for those who cannot or do not want to live independently. Creating a project for presentation among communities, attracting investments that, with the participation of the local budget, will allow it to be implemented.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The creation of the "Home of Care" will ensure a full life for about 100 elderly people in need. If this issue is not resolved, people in need will be left without constant supervision and support.
