Description of the project
Expanding and equipping the training center for the profession of "Tractor driver-machinist of agricultural production" with categories A1, A2 is an important step in training highly qualified personnel for the agricultural sector. The institution operates a training center for the profession of "Tractor driver-machinist of agricultural production" with category B1 (combine harvester), which allows students to master practical skills in driving, servicing and repairing equipment. Training is conducted in a locksmith's office-laboratory and directly in the fields of the training farm, which provides an opportunity to work in real conditions and improves the quality of training. However, to ensure effective training of highly qualified workers for the profession of "Tractor driver-machinist of agricultural production" the training center must be equipped with modern tractors and additional mounted and trailed equipment. The institution has T150, T150k, YuMZ6, MTZ80, DT-75 and other outdated models from the 1980s, which limits the possibilities for quality training. The purchased modern machinery and equipment will ensure the efficient use of resources, increase the accuracy of agricultural work, and allow the integration of the latest technologies into agricultural production, and most importantly, will meet the needs of employers in terms of training qualified workers in this profession. The availability of equipment will expand opportunities for training students and retraining adults, including internally displaced persons, veterans, and people with special educational needs. It will also provide for the organization of advanced training of specialists for agricultural enterprises, internships for production training masters and teachers of vocational and theoretical training in the agricultural field. There is a great demand in the region for highly qualified tractor drivers and machinists of agricultural production, capable of working with the latest equipment and using modern technologies. The replenishment of the NPC will contribute to an increase in the level of professional training, which in turn will have a positive impact on the economy of the region. This will allow to meet the needs of the agricultural sector in qualified personnel, reduce the unemployment rate and contribute to an increase in the efficiency of agricultural production. The importance of this profession is confirmed by the order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine No. 2040 dated 11.04.2023, which opens up opportunities for training and advanced training through receiving training vouchers. On the demand for this profession in the Kharkiv region says the PROGRAM OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF KHARKIV REGION FOR 2026. The Program notes that among the professions and specialties that are selected for training under vouchers, the profession of tractor driver is one of the most in demand. The importance of developing the material and technical base for training personnel in the agricultural sector is also consistent with the Development Strategy of the Kharkiv region for the period until 2027, in which one of the key priorities is the restoration and modernization of the region's economy, the development of the agro-industrial complex and human capital. The strategy envisages strengthening the role of vocational education in providing the labor market with qualified personnel focused on the needs of modern production, as well as updating the educational infrastructure and implementing practice-oriented training using modern equipment and technologies. In addition, the need to replenish the training and practical center meets the goals of the Medium-Term Public Investment Plan of the Kharkiv region, which provides for directing investment resources to the restoration and development of key sectors of the economy, including agriculture, as well as to the development of the vocational education system as a tool for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the region. Investments in modern educational technology and equipment are considered an important factor in increasing labor productivity, the competitiveness of the region, and the effective integration of education with the needs of the labor market.
