The goal of the project is to ensure unhindered and safe transport and pedestrian connections of the microdistrict by building a new road from Sichovyh Striltsiv Street to Hetmanska Street in the city of Khmelnytskyi with a length of 825 m, which will contribute to improving the accessibility of the territory, developing engineering and transport infrastructure and improving the quality of life of residents. The achievement of this goal is envisaged by performing a complex of preparatory and construction works, in particular, arranging the roadway, arranging sidewalks to ensure pedestrian accessibility, building a drainage system (storm sewer), installing outdoor lighting, organizing safe traffic using road signs and markings, as well as landscaping the surrounding area.

The key problem is the lack of proper transport and pedestrian connections between Sichovyh Striltsiv and Hetmanska streets, which limits the accessibility of the territory and creates unsafe conditions for movement. The existing unorganized passages are in poor condition and do not meet regulatory requirements. The urgency is due to the development of the microdistrict and the growing need for quality infrastructure. If the problem is not resolved, the low level of security will remain, accessibility will be limited, and the development of the territory will be restrained. The implementation of the project will ensure safe and convenient connections, improve the living conditions of residents, and contribute to the development of infrastructure.
