Completion of the Kharkiv Motor Vehicle Vocational College project on the modernization of workshops for the following professions: «Motor Vehicle Driver», category «B» Electric Power, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics (Maintenance and Repair of Electrical Equipment of Automobiles and Tractors); Motor Transport (Maintenance and Repair of Automobiles and Engines) within the framework of public investment projects for the modernization of workshops and laboratories of vocational and professional pre-higher education institutions, ensuring energy efficiency, safety and inclusiveness of the educational space at the expense of subvention funds from the state budget to local budgets. Equipping workshops and laboratories with modern equipment forms an innovative educational and production environment, which increases stakeholder interest in partnership with the educational institution. The modern material and technical base will allow stakeholders to directly participate in the formation of the content of training, the introduction of relevant production technologies and training of personnel in accordance with the real needs of the industry. By opening working professions and organizing short-term courses, it is planned to expand cooperation with the regional employment center by 30%, with municipal enterprises of the city regarding the implementation of a dual form of education by 10%, by organizing courses for advanced training of production training masters, we plan to expand cooperation with vocational (professional) education institutions. The implementation of cooperation will be carried out through the development of a dual form of education, the organization of practical training on the basis of colleges and partner enterprises, internships for education seekers and teaching staff, joint development of short-term programs and participation in the development of a professional standard. By training specialists on modern equipment, their competitiveness in the labor market will increase after completing their studies and the number of employed people will increase by at least 40%.
