Description of the project
2. Sewerage Pumping Station The sewage treatment plant is equipped with three SDS-160-45 pumping units. Pumping units 2 pcs - 1990 year of manufacture one was replaced in 2023 with a new one. The buffer direction for receiving wastewater from city collectors was expanded by digging the soil (pit), which contradicts all the requirements of regulatory documents. Today, it is necessary to make a concrete frame of the buffer pit and replace the shut-off valves within the pumping station. Establish accounting for wastewater supplied to treatment plants. It is also necessary to replace two pressure collectors from the sewage treatment plant to the treatment plants. Electricity is supplied from the -250 kV substation. Due to the location of the sewage treatment plant in the lowland, the territory was repeatedly flooded. This caused the destruction of the floor in the -10 kV substation. During the transfer of departmental 10 kV lines of the machine plant, the KSO cells spent their value. The connection from the 10 kV line was made directly to the substation. The pumping units are controlled from the first floor of the substation premises. When vapors from the tables get into them, the current-carrying parts corrode. It is necessary to move the control panels of the pumping units to a separate room that would not come into contact with the vapors. This means that it is necessary to build a room for the workplace of the pumping unit driver and a room for the household needs of the personnel.
