Main problems for the implementation of the project: The absence of an appropriate civil defense protective structure on the territory of the educational institution, which made it impossible for participants in the educational process to stay safely during air raids and other emergencies. The inability to organize full-time education due to the non-compliance of conditions with security requirements in martial law. Increased level of risk to the life and health of preschool and school-age children, pedagogical and technical staff. Social tension among parents and employees of the institution, associated with the lack of safe shelter. Results of solving problems as a result of the project: A modern civil defense protective structure has been built, which meets current building codes and safety requirements. Safe conditions have been created for children and employees of the institution during air raids and other threats. The possibility of restoring and stable functioning of the full-time educational process has been ensured. Risks to the life and health of participants in the educational process have been reduced. The level of trust of the parent community in the educational institution has been increased and the socio-psychological climate has been improved. The educational institution's ability to act in emergency situations and perform civil defense tasks has been strengthened.
