Description of the project
The project involves the reconstruction of the power supply system of the Verkhnya Lipytsia Lyceum (address: 77043, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ivano-Frankivsk district, Verkhnya Lipytsia village, Tsentralna st., 25) by installing a hybrid solar power plant with energy storage and automatic backup. The solution will reduce the institution's dependence on external networks, increase the reliability of power supply, and optimize energy costs. The complex includes photovoltaic modules, an inverter-battery unit, ATS/protection panels, a metering unit and dispatching, integrated into the existing network in compliance with the requirements of current regulations.
Main tasks:
- design, examination and approval of technical solutions;
- purchase of equipment, installation of solar power plants, energy storage systems and ATS;
- commissioning, integration with metering and dispatching;
- training of personnel in operation and maintenance.
Main results:
- expected annual reduction in electricity consumption: 20%;
- expected savings in budget funds for energy payments: 20%.

Project objectives
Project Sustainable Development Goals
Demand for the service and its dynamics
What methodology was used to estimate demand?
Has data from external sources been used in the demand assessment?
Does the demand forecast take into account the latest demographic and economic forecasts?
Analysis of the project's impact on ecology and climate change
Does the planned activity have a potential positive contribution to achieving climate or environmental objectives?
Is the proposed project expected to significantly harm any of the following climate or environmental objectives?
Project sustainability and inclusivity
Identify potential gender risks of the project and indicate possible ways to overcome them:
Does the project provide for improving women's access to services?
Are civil society organizations representing women and vulnerable groups included in the consultation process?
Alternative technical solutions
Technical Solution 1
Selected solution (baseline in the project). Hybrid solar power plant with energy storage
Technical Solution 2
Installation of a network solar power plant (without batteries), operation only when there is voltage in the network.
