The improvement of the city's infrastructure, namely Mykhailo Hrushevsky Street on the section from Akademika Koroleva Street to Odeska Street, will be carried out through its reconstruction. The reconstruction is planned to be carried out within the red lines from the intersection with Akademika Koroleva Street to the intersection with Odeska Street.

The existing technical condition of the road surface of Mykhailo Hrushevskoho Street does not meet traffic requirements, has holes and potholes, traffic organization and accessibility measures for low-mobility groups of the population do not meet modern requirements. For the implementation of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the street, providing for the following street parameters: - Number of lanes of the road surface - 4 (2 in each direction); - Arrangement of a capital type of coating and road surface construction in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.3-5:2018; - arrangement of a sidewalk covering from paving slabs; - arrangement of a bicycle path with a width in accordance with DBN V.2.3-5:2018 with amendments "Streets and roads of settlements"; - Provision of markings for the road surface and bicycle paths with durable materials (thermoplastic, cold plastic etc.); - a roundabout at the intersection of Prikordonnyka Lazarenko Street and Heroes of Maidan - Design the outdoor lighting system using energy-saving technologies. - Arrange drainage from the roadway, sidewalks and bike paths. After the reconstruction, Prikordonyka Lazarenka Street in the section from Sumgaitska Street to Heroes of Maidan Street will meet the specified purpose.
