Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The improvement of the city's infrastructure, namely Shevchenko Boulevard on the section from Lazareva St. to Nebesnoy Sotny St. will be carried out through its reconstruction. The reconstruction is planned to be carried out within the red lines from the intersection with Lazareva St. to the beginning of Nebesnoy Sotny St.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

For the implementation of the project, it is planned to reconstruct the street, providing for the following street parameters: - Type of coating and construction of road surface in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.3-5:2018; - Arrangement of junctions at intersections and exits; - Production and installation of pedestrian fences; - Reconstruction of sidewalks, parking lots; - Arrangement of sidewalks along Shevchenko Boulevard from the side of the building; - Ensuring accessibility requirements for low-mobility population groups. After the reconstruction, Shevchenko Boulevard from Lazareva St. to Nebesnoy Sotni St. will meet the specified purpose.
