Description of the project

Overhaul of the civil defense protective structure at the address: Odessa, 8 Melnytska St., bringing the premises into compliance with sanitary standards and the needs of the city community. Replacement of engineering networks, installation of equipment for the comfortable stay of residents during air alarms.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of this project is to provide safe and comfortable space in civil defense shelters that will comply with current construction and sanitary and hygienic standards for the population during the threat of the use of weapons of mass destruction by Russian forces. The key objective of the project is to create appropriate safety and sanitary and hygienic conditions for people staying in protective structures during periods of potential threat of the enemy using weapons of mass destruction.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problem is that the bomb shelter is in unsatisfactory technical and sanitary condition and does not meet the requirements for safe stay of people. Carrying out major repairs will eliminate the shortcomings, restore engineering networks, improve ventilation and lighting, ensuring compliance of the shelter with standards and safe conditions for the population.
