General information

Description of the project

The construction of a civil defense facility is planned on the territory of the hospital of the KNP "City Clinical Hospital No. 1" of the Odessa City Council at the address: Odessa, Myasoedovskaya St., 32. The facility is located in the Malinovsky administrative district of Odessa, in the historical center of the city with dense development - within the historical area of Odessa "Moldavanka", which is located in the "Complex of Jewish Hospital Buildings". The buildings of the surrounding development are two-story with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls made of limestone-shell stone and inserts made of ceramic brick, with wooden floors and pitched roofs.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Secondary Goal:

Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

To achieve the goal, the project envisages the placement of a buried, protective civil defense structure on the site. The protective structure, in relation to the surrounding development, is designed separately, located outside the zones of possible collapse from other buildings or structures. The protective structure is equipped with water supply, sewage and other life support systems.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The need to build a civil defense facility for the Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 1 is due to the need to provide shelter for people from the threats of emergency situations. The result of solving this problem will be: the safety of patients and staff, the continuity of the hospital's work, and increased trust in the medical institution.
