General information

Description of the project

Creating a modern, safe and inclusive educational space in an educational institution in accordance with the standards of the National University of Science and Technology by updating the material and technical base. The project involves the purchase of modern furniture, educational equipment, models, sets, collections, as well as special utensils and chemical reagents for arranging a chemistry classroom. The implementation of the project will ensure the introduction of competency-based learning, improving the quality of the educational process, increasing student motivation and the results of their educational activities.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and inclusive educational space that meets the requirements of the New Ukrainian School (NUS), to ensure a high-quality educational process and develop key competencies of students. The goal is to achieve this by updating the material and technical base, in particular, purchasing modern furniture, educational equipment, models, demonstration sets, collections, as well as special dishes and chemical reagents to equip the chemistry classroom. The implementation of the project will ensure the introduction of competency-based and activity-based approaches to learning, expand students' access to modern equipment and contribute to improving the quality of education, student motivation and the results of their educational activities.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main parameters of the problem: deficit of modern furniture and didactic materials for students in grades 5–11; lack of multimedia equipment in some classes of the basic school; insufficient number of laptops and computers for teachers; different levels of technical support between community institutions. The need to solve the problem through the implementation of the project is to create equal and safe learning conditions, form a modern educational environment in accordance with the standards of the National Secondary School, which cannot be ensured without targeted public investment. Main measures: 1. Purchase of educational and laboratory equipment, furniture, didactic materials. 2. Equipping classrooms with multimedia complexes.
