The project includes carrying out current repair work and purchasing the necessary equipment.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Ensuring inclusiveness and equal opportunities, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the public investment project is to create a modern, safe and inclusive educational space in accordance with the principles of the "New Ukrainian School" reform, which will ensure the improvement of the quality of education, the development of key competencies of students and the formation of a favorable environment for learning and teaching through a comprehensive modernization of the educational infrastructure. The goal is expected to be achieved through the repair and renovation of educational premises taking into account modern requirements, equipping the educational institution with new furniture, computer equipment and multimedia equipment, creating a flexible educational environment with zoning for different types of activities, introducing digital technologies and interactive teaching methods, ensuring conditions for inclusivity and barrier-free access, as well as improving the skills of teaching staff. The implementation of these measures will allow to bridge the gap between the existing outdated state of the educational infrastructure and modern requirements for the organization of the educational process, ensuring a qualitatively new level of provision of educational services.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

One of the key problems is the outdated material and technical base of the educational institution, which does not meet the modern requirements for organizing the educational process. Most classrooms are equipped with worn-out furniture and an insufficient amount of modern equipment, which limits the possibilities of implementing interactive and competency-based approaches to learning. The relevance of this problem is due to the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" reform, which provides for new standards of the educational environment. If not resolved, this will lead to a decrease in the quality of education and a loss of the institution's competitiveness. The implementation of the project will ensure the renewal of the material and technical base, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the educational process. Another important problem is the low level of digitalization of the educational process. The lack of a sufficient number of modern computer equipment and multimedia tools complicates the use of innovative educational technologies. This is especially relevant in the context of the growing role of digital skills in the modern world. Failure to resolve this problem will limit students' access to high-quality modern education. As a result of the project, it is expected that digital learning tools will be introduced, which will contribute to the development of digital competence of students and teachers. The problem of insufficient inclusiveness of the educational environment is also relevant. The lack of proper conditions for teaching children with special educational needs limits their access to quality education. If left unresolved, this will lead to social inequality and violation of the principles of equal access to education. The project involves the creation of a barrier-free environment that will provide equal opportunities for all students. In addition, there is a problem of inconsistency of the educational space with modern pedagogical approaches. The traditional organization of classes does not contribute to the development of teamwork, critical thinking and creativity. If this problem is not solved, the educational process will remain ineffective and will not meet the needs of modern society. The implementation of the project will allow creating a flexible educational space that will stimulate active learning and comprehensive development of students. The following positive changes are expected as a result of the project: improving the quality and accessibility of educational services; creating a modern educational space; developing key competencies of students; improving the overall efficiency of the educational process. Thus, the project is aimed at solving current problems of educational infrastructure and creating conditions for qualitative changes in the education system.

Demand for the service and its dynamics

What methodology was used to estimate demand?
