To provide the Novorozdil secondary education institution of I–III levels No. 3 named after A. Gergert with a modern comprehensive fire protection system that guarantees safe conditions for learning and working for all participants in the educational process, meets the requirements of current national and European standards and allows for a timely response to any threats of ignition or smoke. Additionally, to increase the level of awareness of students and staff regarding fire safety rules and preparedness for emergency situations. Methods of achieving the goal: Design and estimate work Development and approval of project documentation in accordance with DBN and DSTU. Conducting an expert examination of the project and obtaining permits. Major repairs and installation of the system Laying new cable routes, installing certified smoke and temperature sensors in all school premises. Installation of a centralized warning and evacuation management system, installation of light indicators and backup power. Integration and configuration Commissioning work, testing of signaling and warning systems. Connection to the emergency unit of the State Emergency Service (if technically possible). Personnel training and information campaign Instruction of institution employees on the operation of equipment and algorithms of actions in case of fire. Conducting training evacuations for students. Monitoring and maintenance Conclusion of a contract for regular service and annual inspection of the system.

The implementation of the project will ensure the achievement of the following results: installation of a modern fire alarm system in accordance with current regulatory requirements; ensuring early automatic fire detection and prompt response; implementation of an effective warning system and organized evacuation of people; increasing the level of safety of participants in the educational process; bringing the building of the educational institution into compliance with the requirements of fire and technogenic safety; reducing the risks of emergencies and their negative consequences; creating a safe and modern educational environment; ensuring the continuous functioning of the educational institution. In the long term, the implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the level of trust of parents and the local community in the safety of the educational environment, as well as the formation of a systematic approach to ensuring safety in educational institutions of the territorial community. The implementation of the project will not only eliminate critical risks, but also create a modern fire protection infrastructure that will meet state and European standards and ensure the stable, safe functioning of the educational institution for many years to come.
