General information

Description of the project

The project plans to  change  the city of Volochysk and the community as a whole at the local level,  creating favorable conditions for  developing the opportunities of active youth, community residents, and increasing the tourist attractiveness of the territory. We plan to improve the recreational zone in the area near the city lake, create a multifunctional recreational, health and entertainment complex. The project proposes  to expand the number of recreational zones on the beach and modernize the existing ones.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal is to create a recreational area in the community to provide meaningful recreation and leisure for residents, and to increase the tourist attractiveness of the area. A number of new interesting projects have already been launched in the area adjacent to the lake: they organized the cleaning of the city beach area on their own, equipped recreation areas there, arranged a sports ground, and installed exercise equipment. Beach volleyball competitions, law enforcement competitions, and free aerobics classes were held in this sports area. Also, open-air film screenings were launched on the beach. A pier-pantone was built, and a restroom was modernized. It is planned to improve the leisure and health of community residents, attract tourist flows. It is planned to: - install a stationary stage, install benches, which will allow holding festivals, cover nights, concerts, film screenings, performances by art school graduates, and listen to live music; - restore the "Health Trail" for jogging, scooter and bicycle rides; - equip an observation deck on the slopes of the park above the beach; - increase the number of playground elements; - purchase pallet seats for convenient outdoor movie viewing; - reconstruct the water supply
