Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Project Objective: Ensuring equal and unhindered access of students to quality education by organizing safe and regular transportation of children and teaching staff to community educational institutions through the purchase of two school buses. Methods of achieving the project objective: The project objective will be implemented by purchasing two specialized school buses that meet the safety requirements for transporting children, organizing regular routes for transporting students from remote settlements to general secondary education institutions and vice versa, optimizing transportation logistics, as well as ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles and effective management of the school transportation system. As a result of the project, the accessibility of educational services will be improved, the level of attendance at educational institutions will increase, and safe and comfortable conditions will be created for transporting students, including children from remote areas of the community.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The existing infrastructure has the following features and problems: 1. Limited number of school buses: the existing vehicle does not cover the need to transport all students, especially from remote villages. 2. Outdated vehicle: the bus has a high level of wear and tear, which increases the risks of breakdowns, accidents and disruptions in the educational process. 3. Insufficient safety of transportation: the existing bus does not meet modern safety standards (passive protection systems, seat belts, emergency exits). 4. Limited access for children from remote areas: some students are forced to cover significant distances on foot or use private transport, which creates a barrier to equal access to education.
