General information

Description of the project

The project involves major renovation of the catering unit premises with equipment for the catering unit of the recipient of ready-made meals from the main kitchen, ensuring proper sanitary and hygienic conditions. The work includes updating internal engineering networks (water supply, sewage, electricity supply, ventilation), replacing finishing materials, flooring and modernizing the premises in accordance with the requirements. The implementation of the project will create a safe and comfortable environment for storing  products.

The goal of the project is to create a safe, modern and functional catering unit that meets sanitary and hygienic requirements and provides comfortable conditions for food storage. The implementation of the goal involves not only the restoration of the premises, but also the modernization of engineering networks, increasing energy efficiency and durability of the facility.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Worn-out premises and decoration Problem: the floor, walls and ceilings are outdated, it is difficult to maintain cleanliness. Solution: major repairs using modern sanitary materials. Result: clean, safe and durable premises. Old engineering networks Problem: water supply, sewage, electricity and ventilation are partially out of order or do not meet the standards. Solution: replacement and modernization of all engineering systems. Result: reliable, efficient and safe functioning of the catering unit. Insufficient lighting and heating Problem: the premises are uncomfortable for staff to work. Solution: installation of modern lighting and heating systems. Result: comfortable working conditions and energy efficiency. Compliance with sanitary standards Problem: partially does not meet state standards. Solution: bringing the premises into full compliance with the standards. The result: a safe and hygienic working environment.
