Description of the project

The project involves the modernization of workshops and laboratories of the vocational (vocational and technical) education institution "Zaporizhzhia Professional College of Hotel and Restaurant Business" and is aimed at creating a modern "Culinary Hub" (implementation of the "support kitchen" model) 

The purpose of the project

Creation of a multifunctional Culinary HABU by modernizing educational and production workshops and laboratories and implementing the “Support Kitchen” model to improve the quality of professional training of education seekers, develop dual education and meet the needs of the regional labor market. Will ensure the implementation of the School Nutrition Reform Strategy

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The existing infrastructure of the college requires comprehensive modernization, equipment renewal and the introduction of innovative educational models. The creation of the Culinary HABU with the implementation of the "Support Kitchen" model will allow to overcome existing problems, ensure that the training of personnel meets the modern requirements of the labor market and transform the college into a regional center of professional excellence, as well as provide high-quality nutrition for school students.
