General information

Description of the project

The project involves major repairs of a non-residential building at the address: village of Zhornivka, Ozernyi lane, 4A, with the installation of a heating point. The purpose of the project is to create a comfortable and safe place for people to temporarily stay during the cold season, especially for vulnerable groups of the population. The main tasks are: eliminating technical deficiencies in the building, modernizing heating systems, insulating the premises and ensuring a minimum level of comfort. The project solves the problem of the lack of an accessible heating point, which will improve the social protection of local residents in the winter. Expected results: a functional heating point with efficient heating, improved energy efficiency of the building, increased safety and social comfort for the village population.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Creation of new facilities and services

Secondary Goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project goal is to create a safe and comfortable heating point for the population of the village of Zhornivka in a non-residential building, which will protect people from hypothermia during the cold season. To achieve the goal, the building will be overhauled with insulation of walls and roofs, installation of an effective heating system, as well as provision of the necessary internal infrastructure for a comfortable stay. The gap between the current state and the target level is the lack of proper conditions for heating and a comfortable stay in the building. The non-residential building is in unsatisfactory technical condition, which does not allow it to be used as a heating point, which creates a social problem for local residents in the winter.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The key problems of the project are the lack of a proper heating point, which poses a threat to the life and health of the population of the village of Zhornivka in the winter, especially for vulnerable groups. The existing building is in poor technical condition, which makes it impossible to use it effectively for this purpose. These problems are relevant now due to the growing need to provide social protection in the cold season, which is becoming especially important in the context of climate change and economic difficulties. If not resolved, the possible consequences are hypothermia, a threat to life, and social tension. The implementation of the project will provide a safe heating point, improve social protection of the population, reduce risks to health and life in winter, and also create comfortable conditions for temporary stay in the cold season.
