General information

Description of the project

Hot water supply to a residential building on Cherkasskaya Street, 7 is provided by gas columns. Heating is provided by a gas boiler room located in the basement of the building, which contradicts the Regulations on the operation of gas boiler rooms. In connection with the possible refusal of PJSC "KYIVGAZ" to supply gas to the boiler room due to violation of the above norms and rules, it is proposed to connect house No. 7 on Cherkasskaya Street to the networks of KP "KYIVTEPLOENERGO". Laying a new heating network will allow to eliminate the inefficient gas boiler room with outdated equipment and increase the reliability and quality of heat supply to consumers, reduce costs for repair work, preparation and heating of the coolant

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The project implementation is aimed at increasing energy efficiency, reliability and quality of heat supply, as well as reducing heat energy losses and operating costs.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The key problems that need to be solved within the framework of the project implementation are significant physical wear and tear of the in-house heating networks, which leads to frequent accidents, coolant leaks and heat energy losses. The existing system is hydraulically unbalanced, which causes uneven heat distribution between apartments - some rooms overheat, while others do not receive enough heat. Another problem is the absence or obsolescence of automatic control systems, which does not allow adapting the heat supply to actual weather conditions and the needs of residents. The relevance of these problems is due to the constant increase in the cost of energy carriers, increased requirements for the energy efficiency of the housing stock and the need to ensure proper living conditions. In its current state, the system operates inefficiently, which leads to overexpenditure of heat energy and a financial burden on residents. If these problems are not resolved, further deterioration of the technical condition of the networks, an increase in the number of emergency situations, an increase in heat losses and maintenance costs are possible. This can lead to a decrease in the quality of heat supply, discomfort for residents during the heating season, as well as the risk of temporary interruption of heat supply. The implementation of the project will allow achieving significant positive changes, in particular, increasing the reliability and stability of heat supply, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the house, reducing heat losses and introducing modern automatic regulation. This will contribute to increasing the energy efficiency of the building, reducing heating costs and improving the comfort of residents.
