Description of the project
The project involves major repairs to the roof of a residential building with dismantling work, installation of a leveling screed, new roll coating and drainage system. The implementation is aimed at eliminating leaks, restoring waterproofing, ensuring the necessary slopes and effective drainage of atmospheric precipitation. The expected result is to increase the reliability of the roof, extend the life of the building and improve the living conditions of residents.

The goal of the project is to restore the tightness and operational reliability of the roof.
The goal is expected to be achieved through the dismantling of worn layers, the installation of a leveling screed with regulatory slopes, the installation of a new roll coating and the restoration of the drainage system with quality control of the work.
The existing gap is the unsatisfactory condition of the roof (leaks, inefficient drainage, etc.), which does not meet regulatory requirements, while the target condition is a tight and reliable roof with a long service life.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Key issues include roof leaks, deteriorated waterproofing, and inefficient drainage, which causes leaks and moisture in the structures. If left unresolved, this will lead to further damage to the building and increased costs, while the implementation of the project will ensure reliable operation of the roof and improve the living conditions of residents.
