Description of the project
The building is planned for the educational process for students of a lyceum with enhanced military-physical training in the Kharkiv region. Purpose: military-sports development center. The specified complex includes the following works: restoration and comprehensive repair of all damaged load-bearing structures of the building (walls, ceilings, etc.) and bringing them into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Restoration of all damaged internal enclosing structures (partitions, fences, etc.), as well as entrance doors and interior doors with bringing the specified structures into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Restoration of damaged interior decoration in the premises (floors, wall and ceiling decoration) of the building and bringing them into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Restoration of the exterior decoration of the building facade. Restoration of the building roof. Restoration of porches. Restoration of the heating system with the implementation of measures to increase its energy efficiency and bring the heating system into full compliance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-28:2010, DBN V.2.5-67:2013. Restoration of the ventilation system and bringing it into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Restoration of the water supply system and bringing it into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Restoration of the power supply system of the part and bringing it into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine, including the implementation of measures to install modern power and protective equipment, use cable lines made of modern materials, in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.5-23:2010 and PUE-2017. Restoration of lightning protection and grounding systems and bringing them into compliance with the requirements of DSTU EN 62305-1:2012. Restoration of the electric lighting system and bringing it into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Restoration of the fire alarm system and bringing it into full compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documents of Ukraine. Installation of video surveillance.
