General information

Description of the project

The project involves the creation of a two-block building in one volume with separate entrance groups for the outpatient clinic and the department providing services to persons in need of external care with the construction of a dual-purpose anti-radiation shelter in the basement. The outpatient clinic block - this is an extension, provides premises for receiving three family doctors, a dental office and a pharmacy department. The department providing services to persons in need of external care involves the creation of premises for the department providing services to single disabled citizens and other socially unprotected citizens in conditions of inpatient stay, aimed at maintaining their vital activity and social activity.

The project's goal is to improve the infrastructure of the healthcare facility and expand the population's access to quality medical and social services by reconstructing the Zabirsk District Hospital building with an outpatient clinic and adding a room for a department providing services to people in need of external care. Under the addition, the project provides for the construction of a dual-purpose structure (shelter), which is vertically connected to the ground part of the building by an elevator and internal stairs. The exit from the shelter directly to the street is provided through a monolithic corridor, in which a ramp is being arranged. The project provides for ventilation and solar power plant panels on the flat roof. Methods of achieving the goal: - reconstruction of the main hospital building in accordance with modern building and sanitary standards; - addition of a new room to accommodate a department providing services to people in need of external care; - modernization of engineering networks (heating, electricity, water supply and sewage); - creation of a barrier-free space for low-mobility population groups; - equipping the premises with modern medical and technical equipment. Today, the building of the Zabirsk District Hospital is in unsatisfactory technical condition, has outdated engineering networks, does not meet energy efficiency requirements and is not adapted for people with disabilities. In addition, the community lacks proper conditions for providing social services to people who need outside supervision. As a result of the project, a modern medical and social space will be created, which will ensure accessibility, safety and quality of services for community residents.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The urgency of the problem is due to the need to ensure the population's access to quality medical and social services within the community. If the problems are not resolved, the health of the population may deteriorate and social tension may increase. The implementation of the project will ensure the creation of a modern, safe and accessible medical and social space, improving the quality of services and improving the living conditions of community residents.
