Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The main goal of the project is to provide secondary education institutions of the Kobelyak City Council with the latest teaching aids and equipment, to create a modern, innovative, comfortable educational space that will contribute to the formation of key competencies in students stipulated by the new State Education Standard. This is primarily the development of critical thinking, creativity, the ability to work in a team, apply knowledge in practice and use modern technologies in teaching. The project aims to provide teachers with effective tools for implementing a competency-based approach, increase children's motivation to learn and make the school a comfortable and attractive environment for all participants in the educational process. Ways to achieve the goal: Updating the material and technical base of schools: -purchase of modern furniture for primary, basic and high schools (ergonomic desks, chairs, cabinets, modular areas for group work); -equipping classrooms with multimedia tools (interactive panels, projectors, laptops, printers, etc.); -providing schools with STEM equipment, laboratory kits, 3D printers, robotics; -providing teaching aids and didactic materials (maps, models, game and interactive materials for the development of logical and creative thinking); -providing resources for inclusive learning (special tools, adapted materials).

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Educational facilities are often not adapted to group work, interactive classes, and activity-based learning. This reduces student motivation and the effectiveness of the learning process. Renovating classrooms in community secondary education institutions will create modern, functional classrooms equipped with new furniture, multimedia devices, STEM equipment, and teaching materials. Students will have the opportunity to gain knowledge through research, experiments, and practical tasks, which will increase their level of competence.
