Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The main objective of the public investment project is to modernize the art school to ensure compliance with modern educational and cultural standards, to create a safe, inclusive and comfortable environment for children and youth to learn. The current state of the art school: the building is not in use due to damage caused by hostilities. The Art School is currently undergoing major repairs. The target level is a fully renovated Bereznehuvat School with the following works: dismantling and roofing, replacement of window and door blocks, facade decoration, installation of external and internal walls, installation of a monolithic ceiling on the 1st floor, installation of an attic ceiling and porches in front of the building exits, installation of a blind area. A ventilation system, electricity supply, water supply and sewage, lightning protection and other electrical solutions have also been designed.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems that need to be addressed within the framework of the project are the emergency condition of the art school building, which was damaged as a result of hostilities and cannot currently be used for its intended purpose. This has led to the lack of proper conditions for the educational process, as students are deprived of the opportunity to study in a safe, comfortable and modern environment. An additional problem is the wear and tear and unsuitability of engineering systems - electricity, water supply, sewage, ventilation, which creates risks for children's health and makes it impossible to organize a high-quality educational process. An important factor is also the non-compliance of the existing infrastructure with modern standards and the lack of conditions for inclusive education, which limits the access of children with special educational needs. If these problems are not resolved, the community risks losing a cultural and educational center, which will negatively affect the development of children's creative potential and reduce opportunities for the cultural life of the population. The implementation of the project will allow us to eliminate these challenges: restore the full functioning of the school, provide modern and inclusive conditions for learning, create a safe space for children and youth, and return an important center of cultural development to the community.
