General information

Description of the project

The project is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the student dormitory building of the Lviv Professional College of Sports and creating comfortable living conditions for students. The project plans to perform a complex of construction and installation works, including insulation of external walls with modern thermal insulation materials, facade finishing works, replacement of windows and doors, roof insulation and replacement of the heating system. Bringing the student dormitory building into compliance with modern standards and ensuring comfortable living for students.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

One of the main problems is significant heat loss through the building's enclosing structures: external walls, roof, basement floors, as well as outdated windows and doors. The lack of proper thermal insulation leads to inefficient use of heat resources and overspending on heating.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The implementation of the program will not only modernize the physical space, but also create a comfortable, modern, and safe environment that will motivate young people to stay in Ukraine, acquire a profession, and develop their communities.
