General information

Description of the project

As part of the project, it is planned to create an educational environment in seven secondary education institutions of the Zvyahelsk urban territorial community in three areas. The first area is the creation of a modern educational space for secondary education institutions that will not provide specialized secondary education in the 2027-2028 academic year (Lyceum No. 4 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Gymnasium No. 5 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Gymnasium No. 6 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Gymnasium No. 9 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Lyceum No. 11 of the Zvyahelsk City Council, Pylypovytsky Lyceum of the Zvyahelsk City Council), which involves the arrangement of 6 science classrooms (3 - chemistry, 3 - biology) and the implementation of current repairs in 5 classrooms (repairs were already carried out in 1 classroom in 2025). The second direction is the creation of a modern educational space in a pilot educational institution (Lyceum No. 1 named after Lesya Ukrainka of the Zvyahelsk City Council), which involves staffing/re-staffing 9 classrooms in the natural sciences, mathematics, and computer science educational branches and a STEM laboratory, as well as carrying out current repairs in 3 classrooms and repairing electrical networks in the laboratory of the 1st of the classrooms (repairs have already been carried out in 6 classrooms). The third direction is the arrangement of a center for teaching the subject "Defense of Ukraine" on the basis of Lyceum No. 1 named after Lesya Ukrainka of the Zvyahelsk City Council, which involves the need for its re-equipment.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Ensuring inclusiveness and equal opportunities, Improving the quality of services

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Creation of a modern educational space in 7 secondary education institutions of the community to ensure the high-quality implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" reform. The goal is achieved through ongoing repairs of classrooms at the expense of the local budget and the purchase of modern equipment (teaching aids, computer equipment and furniture) at the expense of the subvention. The implementation involves the arrangement of 6 science classrooms, comprehensive equipment of 9 classrooms in the pilot institution, as well as the re-equipment of the "Defense of Ukraine" center.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The implementation of the project will allow for a comprehensive modernization of the educational environment, creating flexible and adaptive conditions for learning in accordance with the principles of zoning and inclusion. Thanks to the renovation of mathematics, natural science and STEM laboratories, the community will ensure high quality specialized education and readiness for the pilot implementation of the National School Standards in 2026. The renovation of the Defense of Ukraine center will allow for increased practical training of young people, and the renovation of gymnasiums will ensure the unity of safety and comfort standards in all community institutions. As a result, this guarantees equal access for each student to innovative educational resources in full-time education.
