The buildings have existing destruction of wooden ceiling elements, ventilation shafts are destroyed, there is destruction of the asbestos-cement roof, cracks with an opening width of up to 3 mm and a length of 1-1.5 m are visible on the external walls of the building. Major repairs will ensure the safe operation of the building, extend its service life, protect the structures from destruction, and create appropriate and safe conditions for the educational process.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards

Secondary Goal:

Increasing compliance with modern standards, Improving the condition of infrastructure, Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The purpose of the project is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the buildings of Building No. 1 and Building No. 2 of the Ratniv Lyceum No. 2 named after M. Zalipa, prevent further destruction of structures, extend the service life of the facility and create appropriate conditions for the implementation of the educational process. Carrying out work to strengthen the load-bearing structures of Building No. 1 in accordance with the design documentation and technical conclusions. Eliminating existing defects and damage that have arisen as a result of prolonged operation and the influence of atmospheric factors. Ensuring that buildings comply with the requirements of current building codes and regulations regarding reliability and safety. The implementation of the project will increase the technical stability of the building, minimize the risks of emergency situations and guarantee safe conditions for the stay of students and employees of the institution.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Unsatisfactory technical condition of roofs – presence of leaks, damaged coating and broken waterproofing, which causes dampness of ceilings and walls. Physical wear of load-bearing structures, the need for reinforcement to ensure the reliability and safe operation of the building. Risk of emergency situations – further operation without major intervention can lead to a worsening of the technical condition and a threat to students and employees. Deterioration of the conditions of the educational process – leaks and damage to premises negatively affect the comfort and safety of staying in the institution.
