Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

During the martial law period, IDPs stayed at the Center for overnight stays or short-term accommodation. About 2,580 IDPs transited through Volochysk. Today, more than 30 internally displaced persons live in the Center collectively. These are mainly young mothers with small children, the elderly, persons with complete or partial loss of motor activity, persons/children with disabilities. The building dates back to the 1960s, only the windows and doors have been replaced with modern energy-saving ones. In the cold season, a large amount of heat is lost through the walls and attic. The project proposes a comprehensive thermal modernization of the building, which will allow regulating the temperature regime in the premises, improving the sanitary and hygienic conditions of the building, and providing comfortable conditions for the residents.
