Description of the project

Improving the quality of educational services for the training of qualified workers in the profession of "Vehicle Repair Mechanic"; formation and development of highly qualified auto mechanics. The educational and practical center for the training of auto mechanics will be a modern educational space aimed at providing high-quality training and practical skills in the field of car service. This center will be an innovative learning environment specially designed for education seekers and students who aspire to become highly qualified specialists in the field of auto mechanics. Assistance in the professional adaptation of combatants/veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war and their family members, IDPs.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

Training of highly qualified specialists (auto mechanics) who meet modern standards and needs of the automotive industry; development of the technical sector of the city and the region, in particular the automotive sector; qualified graduates of the center can become valuable employees for local car services and motor vehicle maintenance enterprises; improvement of technical service of cars. Increasing the amount of income to the special fund of the educational institution from the provision of paid services. The purpose of providing paid services is to meet the needs of customers and receive its own financial income to the special fund of the educational institution for: strengthening the material and technical base of the NPC; increasing the professional level of the student; effective use of the territory, buildings, structures, equipment and equipment of the NPC

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The creation of the NPC will ensure the training of highly qualified specialists (auto mechanics) who will meet modern standards and needs of the automotive industry; will contribute to the development of the technical sector of the city and the region, in particular the automotive sector; qualified graduates of the center can become valuable employees for local car services and vehicle maintenance enterprises; and will improve the technical service of cars.
