General information

Description of the project

The project provides for the comprehensive reconstruction of the “Kryzhanivskyi Lyceum” building, including the modernization of interior spaces, engineering networks, and façade solutions. Special attention is given to the installation of civil protection facilities to ensure safe conditions for all participants in the educational process. The works will be carried out within Construction Phases I–II and aim to enhance the functionality, energy efficiency, and overall resilience of the educational institution.

The purpose of the project

Main Goal:

Improving the condition of infrastructure

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a safe, modern and sustainable educational environment through a comprehensive reconstruction of the lyceum building and the arrangement of civil defense facilities that will comply with current state building codes and security requirements in conditions of military risks. The project is aimed at ensuring a continuous educational process, improving the living conditions of students and employees, and increasing the energy efficiency and durability of the building.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The existing lyceum building has significant physical and moral wear and tear. Structural elements, individual components and enclosing structures have lost some of their operational properties. The facade needs repair and insulation, the roof has damage that leads to leaks and heat loss. The materials used during the old construction do not meet modern energy efficiency and safety requirements.
