    Results of the feasibility analysis
    Economic Analysis
    Social benefits and costs
Improving access to healthcare for 3,096 residents; reducing barriers for IDPs (1,556 people) and children (619 people). Increasing the level of prevention and early diagnosis (fewer complications, lower mortality/temporary disability). Improving sanitation and inclusion (WCS bathroom, ramp). Supporting social stability in the frontline community (improving the viability of the population).
    Environmental benefits and costs
Benefits: Reduced energy costs due to insulation and energy-efficient windows/LEDs ⇒ lower CO₂ emissions (less electricity consumption). Less need for residents to travel to distant medical facilities ⇒ reduced overall transportation. Costs/Risks: During renovation — construction waste that requires proper handling; short-term local environmental risks (dust, noise). Recommendation: provide a waste management plan and minimize hazardous materials.
    Indirect benefits and costs
Increasing the attractiveness of the community for residents/investors. Stabilizing jobs in local SMEs (construction contractors, maintenance) during implementation. Long-term effect on demography/social cohesion — better health ⇒ higher productivity, less social welfare costs.
