General information

Description of the project

The purpose of the public investment project is to ensure the proper technical condition of the city's housing stock, increase the level of safety and comfort of residents, prevent further destruction of building structures and reduce the accident rate of roof structures.
The implementation of the project is aimed at eliminating the consequences of the emergency condition of the roof, which creates risks of leaks, damage to interfloor ceilings, internal premises and engineering networks of the building, and also poses a potential threat to the life and health of residents.
To achieve this goal, during the implementation of the project, it is planned to install a new roof using modern energy-efficient and moisture-resistant materials that will ensure tightness, durability and reduce heat loss of the building.
The existing gap between the current and target state is the transition from an emergency, unsuitable for safe operation technical condition to a fully repaired, functional and energy-efficient roof. The implementation of the project will eliminate the existing dilapidation and prevent further destruction of the housing stock.
