Description of the project
The project is aimed at creating a modern educational environment in secondary education institutions of the Rozhnyativ territorial community in accordance with the requirements of the concept of the "New Ukrainian School". Within the framework of the project, it is planned to equip classrooms with modern furniture, computer equipment, multimedia equipment and teaching aids. The implementation of the project will ensure the modernization of the material and technical base of educational institutions, the introduction of modern educational technologies and the improvement of students' learning conditions. Financing is provided by educational subvention from the state budget

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it
The goal of the project is to create a modern educational environment in accordance with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School reform, improve the quality of educational services and ensure equal access of students to modern learning tools.
The implementation of the project involves updating the material and technical base of the educational institution by purchasing modern educational, computer and network equipment, teaching aids and furniture that meet the requirements of the New Ukrainian School. This will contribute to the implementation of innovative teaching methods, the development of students' digital competencies and increasing the efficiency of the educational process.
The goal of the project is achieved through the purchase of equipment in accordance with current legislation in the field of public procurement, its installation and commissioning in the educational institution.
Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation
Today, the material and technical base of the educational institution partially meets the needs of the educational process, however, a significant part of the educational, computer and network equipment is outdated, has a high level of physical and moral wear and tear and does not fully meet the requirements of modern state education standards and the concept of the New Ukrainian School.
The limited number of modern teaching aids and digital equipment reduces the possibilities of implementing innovative educational technologies, interactive teaching methods and developing students' digital competencies. This also limits the effectiveness of using information and communication technologies in the educational process and creates unequal conditions for students' access to a modern educational environment.
The implementation of the project involves updating the material and technical base of the educational institution by purchasing modern educational, computer and network equipment that meets the requirements of the New Ukrainian School.
As a result of the project, the following will be ensured:
- modernization of the educational infrastructure of the educational institution;
- improving the quality and efficiency of the educational process;
- introduction of modern digital and innovative learning technologies;
- creation of a modern educational environment in accordance with state standards;
- expansion of opportunities for the development of key competencies of students.
The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the quality of educational services, creating a modern and accessible educational environment, and will also provide appropriate conditions for effective student learning and the work of teaching staff.

Оцінка попиту здійснювалася на основі аналізу мережі закладів загальної середньої освіти Рожнятівської територіальної громади, фактичної кількості учнів та педагогічних працівників, що навчаються і працюють у закладах освіти, а також потреби у забезпеченні сучасного освітнього середовища відповідно до вимог реформи «Нова українська школа». При визначенні попиту враховано кількість закладів освіти громади (9 закладів загальної середньої освіти та 1 філія), наявну матеріально-технічну базу, рівень її забезпеченості сучасним обладнанням та потребу в оновленні навчальних просторів. Аналіз здійснювався на підставі даних від керівників закладів освіти, статистичної звітності у сфері освіти та фактичної наповнюваності класів.
