The purpose of the project is to ensure stable, uninterrupted and regulatory-quality centralized water supply to the population and social infrastructure facilities by building (installing) a modern water tower that will provide the necessary pressure, water reserve and increase the reliability of the water supply system. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the technical condition of the engineering infrastructure, expanding the population's access to centralized water supply and increasing the level of comfort and safety of community life.

1. Absence of a water tower as part of the centralized water supply system An existing artesian well is operated at the facility, but there is no structure for accumulating and regulating water reserves. Water is supplied directly by pumping equipment without a reserve volume. 2. Unstable pressure in the water supply network Due to the absence of a water tower, the pressure in the network is formed exclusively by pumps and does not provide stable hydraulic parameters during peak water consumption hours. 3. Complete dependence of water supply on electricity supply In the event of a power outage, water supply is stopped, since the system does not have a storage reserve and cannot operate by gravity.
