General information

Description of the project

The project involves the reconstruction of the reception area of the main building of the hospital, namely the installation of a pavilion for special transport, a partial change in the layout of the reception area with the installation of isolated infectious wards and intensive care wards.

The expansion will take place through the addition of the premises. The project involves the expansion of the diagnostic block, in particular the installation of an MRI room, an endoscopic diagnostics room and an X-ray room.

It is worth noting that it is also planned to accommodate physiotherapy rooms, namely a water treatment room, a physiotherapy room with changing rooms. At the basement level, it is proposed to accommodate shelter rooms, an operating room and auxiliary rooms for servicing the medical institution.

It is proposed to carry out comprehensive landscaping of the territory, the installation of a park for recreation, both for visitors and staff, and a place for conducting physiotherapy exercises outdoors. To ensure unhindered access to buildings for people with limited mobility.

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

The goal of the project is to create a modern, functional and efficient space for providing emergency medical care, which will meet the requirements of safety, accessibility and standards of the National Health Service of Ukraine. The implementation of the project will ensure a reduction in the time of diagnosis and routing of patients, an increase in the quality of medical services and an improvement in the working conditions of medical personnel.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

Key problems that are planned to be solved through the implementation of this project, namely: 1. Inconsistency of the existing infrastructure with modern requirements for emergency care; 2. Inefficient logistics of patient and staff movement; 3. Low level of comfort and safety for patients and staff; 4. Lack of conditions for providing specialized urgent care. Expected results from the implementation of this project: - creation of a modern reception and diagnostic complex; - improvement of the quality and accessibility of medical care for the population of the Sokal territorial community and adjacent territories; - reduction of the time from patient admission to diagnosis; - reduction of the level of complications and mortality in urgent cases; - increase in staff efficiency and patient satisfaction; - strengthening the competitiveness of the hospital and its compliance with the standards of the National Health Service,
