General information

Description of the project

Creation of safe, modern, and energy-efficient conditions for organizing student catering through the capital repair of the kitchen unit and dining hall, as well as the renewal of technological equipment in accordance with HACCP system requirements. The implementation of the project will ensure improved quality and safety of meals, better sanitary conditions, and the protection of the health of students and staff.

The purpose of the project

Main goal:

Introducing innovations and energy-efficient solutions

Secondary goal:

Improving the equality of wealth distribution

Description of the purpose of the project and ways to achieve it

To ensure the creation of safe, modern and high-quality conditions for the organization of student nutrition by carrying out a major overhaul of the catering unit and the dining room with a complete replacement of outdated technological equipment in accordance with the principles of the HACCP system. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the safety and quality of food products, improving sanitary and hygienic conditions, and preserving the health of children and employees of the institution.

Problems and solutions resulting from project implementation

The main problems justifying the need for major repairs: Outdated interior decoration, which no longer meets modern sanitary and hygienic requirements and requires updating to ensure proper food safety conditions. Worn floor and wall coverings, which are difficult to disinfect and maintain in a sanitary and safe condition. The need to modernize technological equipment, as the existing equipment does not ensure full compliance with the principles of the HACCP system and modern technological processes. Finishing coatings do not meet modern requirements for energy efficiency, moisture resistance and safety, which affects the quality of the food unit. Existing materials (oil paint, concrete floor) are outdated and do not meet modern food production standards.
