    Results of the feasibility analysis
    Economic Analysis
    Social benefits and costs
Social benefits: Improved access to quality drinking water for the population. Improved community health (fewer diseases associated with poor water quality). Reduced household spending on bottled water. Social justice: equal access to the resource for all population groups. Increased public trust in local authorities through addressing a critical need. Creation of conditions for development of the territory (tourism, recreation). Improved quality of public space. Social costs: (if any; usually minimal) Temporary inconvenience during construction: Need to change the traffic route or temporarily restrict access to the site.
    Environmental benefits and costs
Environmental benefits: Reduced consumption of bottled water → reduced plastic waste. Rational use of groundwater through drilling and regulated exploitation. Improved environmental conditions in public spaces. Reduced car trips to fetch water → less CO₂ emissions. Use of energy-efficient equipment. Environmental costs: Electricity consumption for pumping equipment. Waste generation during construction. Potential impact on hydrogeology — but this is minimized by regulations.
    Indirect benefits and costs
Indirect benefits: Improving the investment attractiveness of the territory (availability of high-quality infrastructure). Possibility of developing small businesses nearby (hairdressers, cafes, markets). Increasing the value of real estate in the improvement zone. Possible increase in tourist attractiveness. Increasing mobility and comfort of residents. Indirect costs: Increasing the load on local communications. The need for future financing for the repair of the pump room after the end of the equipment's service life.
